Ocean Park is a completely different beast. Getting there and how long you need

Ocean Park wins on convenience. It has its own MTR stop on the South Island line, roughly 10 minutes from Admiralty, and the entrance is a few steps from the platform. Disneyland sits in its own corner of Lantau Island: take the Tung Chung line, change at Sunny Bay onto the dedicated Disneyland Resort shuttle (the one with the Mickey-shaped windows), about 35 to 45 minutes from Central or Tsim Sha Tsui, and roughly 30 minutes from the airport MTR station if you are arriving. You can tap through the gates and pay inside either park with an Octopus card, which is the easiest way to handle transport and small purchases.

Plan on a full day for each. That is exactly why you should not try to squeeze both into one trip unless you have the time. They are on opposite sides of Hong Kong, and rushing either one wastes the ticket.
